As part of the effort to add value to the tourism and hospitality industry in the country, the management of Bordovic Concepts Limited in collaborated with the Bartenders Guild Ghana has launched the maiden edition of the Accra Bar Show in Accra.
The show commences from 9th to 11th August, 2024 at Zinnia Events Center with activities such as workshop, tasting and pairing, cocktails competition, exhibition, panel discussions, fun games, masterclasses among others.
The event dubbed “The Drinks and Hospitality Expo. 2024” is aimed at bringing and engaging stakeholders in the Bar industry on one platform to discuss and share ideas in the introduction of new brands, emerging trends, scaling up of the industry to international best practices, networking to enhance the growth and development of the Bar industry.
Speaking at the press launch in Accra, the Founder of the Accra Barshow, Mr. Kojo Aidoo said the events marks a significant milestone on the calender of the hospitality industry as stakeholders will celebrate the vibrant and dynamic world of cocktails, mixology among others in the hospitality industry.
He said the 3 day event will bring to bear creativity, innovation in the industry, adding that it will also create a platform for industry professionals to network, foster collaborations, showcase skills and discover new talents.
“Participants will exhibit and promote smart services in the cause of the program”, he said and explained that occasion will harness the potentials of players in the Bar value chain to achieve greatness as well as inspire others.
Mr. Aidoo expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the sponsors, partners, volunteers for their immense contributions for making the event a reality and thanked the media for highlighting the event saying the Accra Bar Show will be a memorable event for the public.
The President of the Service Excellence Foundation, Mr. Caleb Kofie commended the organizers of the event for their brilliant initiative and said the program will lift the image of the tourism and the hospitality industry to global heights.
