Hearts of Oak defender Kelvin Osei Asibey and Bechem United star Yaw Annor have been named in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League Team of the Week (ToTW) for Week 28.This follows their outstanding performances for their various clubs in the week under review.Asibey was in action for Hearts of Oak on Sunday when the team secured an important 1-0 win over Young Apostles to keep hopes of winning the league title alive.In a match where the Phobians kept another clean sheet, the defender was solid at the back, playing a key role for his side.Yaw Annor also continued his fine form on Saturday, helping Bechem United to pick a point from their 1-1 draw against former league leaders Medeama SC. His brilliant attacking displays earned him enough marks to secure a place in the Team of the Week.Other players named in the ToTW compiled by Fatau Dauda include goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi and defenders Samuel Tetteh Mensah, Kelvin Oppong, and Emmanuel Ofosu.Daniel Sowah, Salim Adams, and Akwasi Sarpong are the other midfielders selected, while Bismark Teye and Michael Ephson join Yaw Annor in the attack.
