Abusuapanin Kofi Wusu, known also as Abusuapanin Tupac is set to appear before the court on December 11.
As plans are far advanced towards the final funeral of the late Daddy Lumba, the immediate family of the musician has taken legal action against the Abusuapanin.
The immediate family, led by its heads, Obaapanin Afia Adomah and Robert Gyamfi has given numerous reasons why they have taken legal action against the Abusuapanin.
According to them, Abusuapanin took every decision all by himself without consulting them even though Manhyia had instructed him to involve and seek their consent before doing anything.
They added that, the Abusuapanin has been withdrawing money from the account, which aims at raising funds to finance the final funeral of the late musician.
In elaborating on this, the immediate family claims Abusuapanin Tupac withdrew 11k Cedis on November 11, and 60k Cedis after that, and now, wants to withdraw 200k Cedis for reasons best known to him.
The immediate family noted that they want the court to put an injunction on Daddy Lumba’s funeral from happening on December 11, and, prevent the Abusuapanin from touching the dead body of the late musician.
