Ghana’s finest freight forwarder and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sel Logistics Services, Dr. Faith Selasie Dunyo has been crowned Ghana’s Most Outstanding Personality in Freight Forwarding at the just-ended Business Executive Excellence Awards 2024 held at the Ghana Marriot Hotel in Accra.
The prestigious award reflects his stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality freight forwarding, local customs clearance and logistics services in the country and beyond and also for being an extremely respected personality advocating for best business practices in the sector.
The 10th edition of the event took place on Friday, June 28th, 2024. It aims to identify and publicly recognize private enterprises, public institutions, and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary conduct and achieved outstanding accomplishments in their business activities over the past year.
For him, the award is a testament to the team’s unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations while adhering to rigorous quality standards over the years.
Speaking to the media after receiving the all- prestigious honour, Dr. Faith Dunyo who is also the Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) said the award means a lot to his consistent determination to build a formidable and proficient brand.

Meanwhile, Dr. Faith Selasie Dunyo has called on Ghanaians to vote for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia come December 7th 2024.
According to Dr. Dunyo, the paperless system introduced by Vice President Dr. Bawumia, who doubled as the flagbearer of the NPP, has contributed significantly to efficient and fast clearance and has cut the cost of doing business at the various ports in Ghana.
Dr. Dunyo also appealed to Ghanaians, especially those in the freight forwarding industries, exporters, and importers to consider Dr. Bawumia’s vision to introduce the flat rate tax system on imported goods to reduce the higher customs duty to retain our importers in business.
“The introduction of Dr. Bawumia’s flat rate on imported goods will revive the freight forwarding industries to contribute significantly to helping GRA collect revenue for the government for development under Dr Bawumia’s administration as President.
Dr Dunyo appealed to the entire NPP membership to accept and support whoever Dr Bawumia will choose as his running mate to enable us break the 8 to retain power in the 2024 general election”, he said

He has been in the logistics and freight forwarding industry since 2009 (over 15 years) and acquired professional knowledge and experience in operational activities, implementation of management systems, and business plans for excellence programs.
He is a highly motivated and results-oriented personality, dedicated, and focused professional with much experience in freight forwarding businesses comprising clearing and forwarding, local customs clearance, logistics, and transport of cargo.
He aims to develop theoretical and practical knowledge in a supply chain environment, optimizing his skills in the area of transportation of goods and services (imports and exports), logistics, local customs clearance, warehousing and other related corporate and functional strategic management.
