Baffoe Rooney Razak of New Edubiase United recorded the most clean sheets (16) in the 2023/24 Access Bank Division One League campaign. Razak had a fine season as he made some terrific saves that was crucial to the club’s second place finish in the Zone Two.
In Zone One, Kwame Opoku of Techiman Liberty Youth, Twi Dennis of Techiman Heroes, Sulemana Rasheed of Tamale City, Yakubu Mamudu of Victory Club Warriors and Osman Wahabu of Young Apostles made the list for most clean sheets of the season.
Kwame Opoku leads the chart with (15) clean sheets and he is followed by Twi Dennis (13), Sulemana A. Rasheed (10), Yakubu Mamudu (8) and Osman Wahabu (7) clean sheets.
Elsewhere in Zone Two, Baffoe Rooney Razak of New Edubiase United, Patrick Appiah of Basake Holy Stars, Clement Aryee of Swedru All Blacks, Derrick Prince Kofi of Soccer Intellectuals and Derrick Manso of Sefwi All Stars made the list in the Zone.
New Edubiase United shot Stopper Baffoe Rooney Razak recorded the most clean sheets (16) in Zone Two. Patrick Appiah of Basake Holy Stars kept 14 clean sheets to pick the second spot. He is followed by Clement Aryee of Swedru All Blacks (13), while, Derrick Prince Kofi (12) and Derrick F. Manso (10) complete the list in fourth and fifth positions respectively.
Finally in Zone Three, Iddrisi Sulemana of Home Stars, Clinton Quaye of Kotoku Royals, Dawuud Ishaquaye of Attram De Visser, Musah Zakari of Okwawu United and Vision FC’s Michael Abraham finished the season with the most clean sheets following their stupendous performances for their respective clubs.
Iddrisi Sulemana of Home Stars completed the season with 15 clean sheets as his team team finished sixth in the table, while, Clinton Quaye of Kotoku Royals (14), clean sheets finished in second place. Also in the list are Dawuud Ishaquaye of Attram De Visser (3rd) and Musa Zakari of Okwawu United (4th). Michael Abraham of Vision FC completes the top five list as he kept 11 clean sheets to help his side clinch the championship in Zone Three.
