Mr. Francis Asenso-Boakye has formally taken over as Ghana’s Minister for Roads and Highways.
In a short ceremony, Mr. Kwasi Amoako-Attah, the outgoing Minister introduced Mr. Asenso-Boakye to the management of the Ministry before handing over to him.
Until his re-assignment, Mr. Asenso-Boakye, the Bantama MP, has been the Housing Minister since March 2021, where he spearheaded policies, programmes, and projects aimed at promoting national development.
His new office follows the February 14, 2024, reshuffle by the government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
