Last season, Samartex FC earned promotion to the Ghana Premier League and this campaign, they have been battling hard to survive.
Fans of the timber giants have been magnanimous with their support for the club, often showing up to matches in Samreboi.
One of them is Anthony Wilson, popularly known as guru, who has been in a wheelchair since his youth and has been one of the club’s biggest fans.
