Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei has highlighted the clubs impact on his career during his playing days.Nii Adjei enjoyed an illustrious career before calling it a quit, winning several laurels domestically and internationally.The 36-year-old featured for the Porcupine Warriors between 2007 and 2012 before departing for greener pastures, joining DR Congo giants TP Mazembe. Nii Adjei enjoyed an amazing spell with Kotoko, winning three Ghana Premier League titles.During his spell with TP Mazembe, the former Ghanaian midfielder won the CAF Champions League title before winning the CAF Confederation Cup twice with Wydad Casablanca in Morocco.Speaking in an interview, Nii Adjei, who is the current assistant coach of Heart of Lions says he owe his success to Asante Kotoko, who shaped his career.Asante Kotoko shaped my career.
