
Augustine OkrahBechem United winger Augustine Okrah has declared his readiness for a return to the Black Stars, stating he would be thrilled to represent Ghana in the upcoming March internationals.Ghana will take on Austria (March 27) and Germany (March 30) in two games that are part of the build up to the 2026 World Cup.After a difficult previous campaign plagued by fitness issues, the experienced attacker believes his current form warrants a place in the national team setup.The former Asante Kotoko man has nine goals in 21 Ghana Premier League matches this season, ranking as the second best top scorer.Speaking to Asempa FM, Okrah highlighted his physical recovery as the primary reason for his resurgence.”This season, I am on top of my game unlike last season that injuries worried me and I was sitting out for about eight months,” he noted.The winger, who has been a standout performer in the Ghana Premier League this term, emphasized that a call-up would not only be a personal milestone but a moment of pride for his family.If I get a Black Stars call up, I will be happy and family will be as well, Okrah added.
