Ambitious women, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders are set to gather at the BloomHer Brunch & Workshop 2026, a dedicated initiative aimed at advancing women’s economic empowerment.

Organised by Bloom Iris Agency, a PR and creative agency specialising in strategic communications, brand storytelling, media relations, and experiential events, the event is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026, at  ComUnity Spaces in East Legon.

Held in celebration of International Women’s Day, this year’s programme carries the theme “Women’s Economic Empowerment: Building Financially Secure Futures.”

It seeks to go beyond inspiration by providing participants with actionable, income-generating skills and essential business know-how to establish sustainable financial security.

A core component of the event will be hands-on training sessions in practical crafts including crochet, nail art, and bead/jewelry making. Participants will also benefit from expert guidance on critical business aspects such as packaging, pricing, marketing, and monetisation strategies — enabling them to convert their talents into reliable sources of income.

The event will feature Her Excellency Simone Giger, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Ghana, as the Special Guest of Honour. Her participation highlights the value of international partnerships and cross-border collaboration in promoting women’s economic involvement and financial autonomy.

A major highlight will be a panel discussion titled “From Skills to Income: The Business Side of Your Talent.” The session will bring together a distinguished lineup of accomplished Ghanaian women entrepreneurs who will share real-world experiences and practical advice on building profitable ventures from personal skills.

The panellists include Juliana Amoateng, Bibiana Gyasi of Cheflifestyle, Jennifer Kupler of JKU Creations, Tyson Sariyu Dornukie of The Northern Braid Bar, and Florence Narh of Chef Mamle. The discussion will be moderated by Diana Edinam Kumbey.

The programme will be hosted by popular on-air personality Tabitha Asangsia, known as Yaa Bitha, who will lead attendees through a full day of engaging conversations, interactive skill-building workshops, and valuable networking opportunities.

BloomHer 2026 is backed by a coalition of supportive partners committed to women’s economic advancement, including JKU Creations, Legacy Bridals, B.A Craftory, comUnity Spaces, Crotchet by Tess, Verve Shift, and Feast & Flavours.
