James Osei Brown, the newly appointed Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko, has made his first official engagement with the clubs technical team and players, pledging his unwavering support for their efforts on and off the field.
The introduction took place during the teams training session at Adako Jachie on Wednesday, March 18, with Interim Management Committee (IMC) Chairman Nana Apinkra Akwasi Awuah formally presenting Osei Brown to the squad.
Addressing the players and coaching staff, Osei Brown emphasized his commitment to backing the team while urging them to maintain focus and determination ahead of their upcoming league clash against Nations FC.
The meeting underscores the new boards intent to foster stronger relations with the playing squad as Kotoko seeks to regain momentum in the Ghana Premier League.
Asante Kotoko will now turn their attention to Sundays Matchday 26 fixture against Nations FC at the Baba Yara Stadium.
After a period of inconsistent results, the team will be looking to draw inspiration from the chairmans visit.
The Porcupine Warriors currently occupy fifth place on the league table with 39 points.
Osei Brown is supported on the board by Kwasi Osei Ofori, with Kofi Amoa-Abban also serving as a board member.
