Renowned Ghanaian media personality Nathaniel Attoh has named EIB Network boss Bola Ray as the man behind his nickname, “Citizen Attoh”.
The celebrated event host disclosed during an interview with Roselyn Felli on Joy Prime, which Gh Page monitored.
Nathaniel Attoh has disclosed that he got the name “Citizen Attoh” during his time as a worker at Joy FM, where he hosted a show which was “more of 80% bantering and 20% of the real stories”.
Nathaniel Attoh disclosed that EIB Network boss, Bola Ray gave him the name, stating that “Bolar said, ‘Hey, this one, Citizen,’ and I also responded, ‘Citizen bless. The next day, Bola Ray introduced him on air as Citizen At, and the name stuck immediately”.
The media personality went on to add that “From that afternoon, every other day listeners were ready for the Citizen Attoh and Citizen Bola Ray banter”.
