A CCTV footage shows the moment a young woman stole an iPhone 16 Pro Max from a phone shop in Adum after legitimately purchasing the same thing.
The incident, which has since sparked conversations on social media, reportedly occurred at a busy phone retail outlet in the commercial hub of Adum, Kumasi.
According to footage from the shop’s surveillance system, the suspect was seen standing at the counter completing payment for a mobile phone she had selected.

Moments later, while the shop attendant appeared to be preoccupied, the woman concealed an additional iPhone 16 Pro Max and discreetly added it to the device she had purchased.
After finalising her transaction, the lady who was wearing a pink top and leggings calmly exited the shop before hurriedly leaving the premises.
Shop operators are said to have discovered the missing device after conducting stock checks, prompting a review of CCTV footage, which allegedly revealed the act.
