Emerging Ghanaian talent, Jubed Baffour has credited his performance on Channel One TV’s Breakfast Daily show as the turning point that caught the attention of Nigerian music mogul Don Jazzy and propelled his journey forward.
Speaking on The Chat with Ekow Koomson, the artiste reflected on how that single TV appearance opened doors and sparked industry-wide recognition.
“My performance on Breakfast Daily on Channel One TV gave me the opportunity for Don Jazzy to see my craft and that was it.
”From there, people started noticing me, and I’m back here to testify to it,” Jubed shared.
His testimony highlights the crucial role media platforms continue to play in unearthing and elevating new talent in Ghana and across the continent. It also serves as inspiration for emerging creatives to seize every opportunity to showcase their work.
Jubed is out with his debut EP, From The Soil, which is available on all digital platforms.
