The Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, has summoned Acting CEO of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi, following the circulation of a viral video showing him handing over an undisclosed amount of money believed to be in dollars to former fetish priestess now turned Evangelist, Patricia Oduro Koranteng popularly known as Nana Agradaa.

The footage, widely shared online, has triggered public criticism and raised ethical concerns, especially as President Mahama recently launched a Code of Conduct for Public Officials promoting integrity and transparency.

Sources at Jubilee House say Gyamfi is to clarify the nature of the transaction, which he has since described as a private act of kindness that was never meant for the public eye.

Despite his apology, the Chief of Staff is said to be treating the issue with urgency, citing its political and reputational weight.

Nana Agradaa remains a familiar face in the headlines, amid a history of controversy.
