This CEM3 sought to influence the decision-making process with specific groups. The electoral campaign by the NDC PC was focused on the general political policies and the candidature initiatives as the incoming legislator for the entire district, under the ML Foundation. The engagement contained more ideas that he shared with the voters, which got the electorates to agree with the policies to support him when running for the political position.

The assembly member addressed the critical roles of community involvement in driving accountability and fostering inclusive governance. He provided a comprehensive overview of the Dalive-Torzikpota electoral area performance. He outlined key themes and objectives highlighting the mission to amplify citizen demand for responsive service, enhance policy implementation efficiently, and uphold quality standards at the grassroots level.

Hon. Maxwell Lukutor underscored the party’s commitment to maintaining substantial growth and reducing the high dependants on an individual to foster development hence the need for a collaborative effort to address some major challenges or problems within the Dalive-Torzikpota electoral area and the South Tongu District at large.

“Our public and private sector policies and programs have been robust and successful in building the foundation for a sustained prosperity we promised our people”.

“The ML Foundation has advanced in a manner that our growth target is accelerated, our social and welfare initiatives for ordinary citizens are extended, the opportunities to provide access and quality education to all our children are achieved, and our nation is determined to feed and reap the benefits in an expanded trade of our diversified agricultural produce”, Maxwell stated.

“My leadership will be more decentralized to enable citizens to access resources and demand accountability for services, our infrastructure development will be intensified to accelerate the transformation of the electoral area. As a social democrat, I believe in universal access to health care, education, affordable foods, water, and electricity. I will implement a framework for a collective and individual opportunity in the security services and all other departments for qualified but needy applicants”, he assured.
At the engagement, the residents appealed for potable water extension and public toilet facilities among others. Hon. Maxwell Kwame Lukutor promised to address these challenges as he called on the electorates to vote massively for the NDC in the parliamentary and presidential elections on 7th December 2024.

The seven communities within the electoral area, namely; Yorve, Adidokpoe, Amusukofe, Torzikpota, Wetorkor, Tsikudokofe, and Dalive, all of which are farming areas will also benefit hugely from the candidate’s agenda ‘4-tractors per zone’.

The zones are Sogakope, Dabala, Agave afedume, and Larve under which Dalive – Torsikpota Electoral falls.

On behalf of the residents, the assembly member highlighted the need to support the electoral area by improving its physical and economic development. He also urged the parliamentary candidate to assist in constructing a public toilet facility for the people of Adidokpoe and Hon. Maxwell Kwame Lukutor pledged to come to their aid.
