James Kwabena Bomfeh has declared his full support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to emerge victor in the December 7 presidential election.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who seeks to become Ghana’s next President has currently toured 274 constituencies, according to his campaign team.

Contributing to Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show, Dr. Kwabena Bomfeh, widely known as “Kabilla”, is confident in the Dr. Bawumia’s victory.

“Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is winning and he is going to be back by a majority of seats in Parliament. That’s what I see,” he said, stressing Dr. Bawumia makes “possible what others think it’s not possible”.

Kabila also lauded Dr. Bawumia for adopting digital measures which he noted is fuelling to the growth of world economies.

He also rubbished a claim by a stalwart of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, that Dr. Bawumia stole his policy to train 1 million youth in IT from the NDC manifesto.

“We have named the man (Bawumia) Mr. Digital. Has he not been accused of abandoning his so-called mantra of economics for digitalism? So, where from this claim that he stole it from your manifesto?” Kabila replied the NDC.

To him, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the right leader for Ghana, revealing he will, in the days ahead, actively join the  Bawumia campaign.

“Election 2024 is beyond political parties. It’s about the destiny of our country…Ghana is going through a revolution. We must move along…”
