Media personality and global cultural ambassador Akosua Dentaa Amoateng has underscored the importance of national support in propelling Ghanaian musicians toward global award platforms such as the Grammy Awards.

Speaking during an interview on Aluta FM with Fiifi Pratt, Dentaa reflected on Shatta Wale’s feature with global superstar Beyoncé, describing it as a pivotal moment for Ghana’s music industry.

According to her, that collaboration created a unique window of opportunity for the country to secure a Grammy win.

Dentaa emphasised that Ghanaian artistes have the talent, creativity, and global appeal necessary to compete at the highest levels of the international music scene.

She added that consistent and united support from fans, industry stakeholders, and the nation at large would significantly improve the chances of future Grammy nominations and wins.

She called on the public to rally behind all artistes, noting that collective backing is essential if Ghana hopes to achieve such historic milestones.
