Ecobank Ghana PLC has rewarded 4,268 customers with a total of GH₵630,000 in cash and assorted prizes at the grand finale of its three-month 5-Star Enjoyment Promotion, held at Kejetia Market in Kumasi.

Of the amount disbursed at the final draw, GH₵367,500 was paid in cash while                GH₵262,500 covered shopping vouchers, insurance packages, fuel coupons and mobile airtime.

This latest payout brings the total value of rewards distributed under the nationwide campaign to GH₵1.5million, benefitting about 10,000 customers across the country.

The promotion, which ran from November 2025 to January 2026, formed part of the bank’s strategy to deepen financial inclusion, promote a savings culture and drive adoption of secure digital banking platforms.

Earlier, during the second draw held on January 14, 2026, some 3,060 customers received various cash prizes and other rewards – reflecting what the bank described as its commitment to consistently rewarding customer loyalty throughout the campaign period.

To qualify for the promotion, customers were required to deposit a minimum of                GH₵400 (or multiples thereof) and maintain the balance for at least 30 days; access personal loans of GH₵4,000 or more; or transact using Ecobank’s digital channels including the Ecobank Mobile App, Ecobank Pay (USSD), POS terminals and Ecobank Online.

Head-Marketing and Branding, Ecobank Ghana PLC, Regina Ofori said the initiative was designed not only to reward customers but also encourage long-term savings and deeper engagement with the bank’s digital solutions.

“The strong participation across the country reaffirms Ecobank Ghana’s commitment to empowering customers and supporting their financial wellbeing,” she noted.

She added that hosting the final draw at Kejetia Market – one of the country’s busiest commercial centres – highlighted the bank’s deliberate focus on traders, SMEs and everyday consumers through its branch network and Ecobank Xpress Point agents nationwide.

The promotion was conducted under supervision of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) to ensure fairness, transparency and regulatory compliance.

The final event brought together customers, market leaders, media representatives and officials of Ecobank Ghana and NLA, marking a successful conclusion of the campaign.

Head of Direct Banking at Ecobank Ghana, Yaa Kesewaa Nyanor, introduced two key products of the bank to patrons and market women — the Junior Saver Account and the Easy Trade Account, popularly known as ‘Dua Pa’, which enables traders to save directly from their daily sales.
