Faster claims, simpler processes
Over the past year, Enterprise Insurance has focused on improving how quickly and transparently claims are processed.
A key milestone was the growing number of customers who benefited from the award-winning Same Day Motor Claims Service, pioneered in March 2018 to significantly reduce waiting times for minor motor claims.By the end of 2025: More than 2,000 customers benefited from same-day claim settlements.
Over GHȼ2 million was paid under this initiative.
To further improve customer experience, the company introduced ClaimXpress, a digital platform that allows customers to track their claims in real time. This has helped reduce uncertainty and improve communication during what is often a stressful process.
Supporting individuals and businesses
The company’s claims payments reflect its reach across both retail and corporate sectors:
- Nearly 3,500 individual customers received about GHȼ84 million
- Over 3,200 businesses were paid approximately GHȼ195 million
These payments have helped households recover from disruptions and enabled businesses to maintain operations after setbacks.
