(Photo by Christof Koepsel/Getty Images)After Kolns thrilling 2-2 draw with Hoffenheim, much of the post-match focus fell on striker Ragnar Ache and his spectacular overhead kick that briefly gave the Billy Goats the lead. For head coach Lukas Kwasniok, that stunning goal was the perfect symbol of how hard Ache has worked to earn his place in the team.In his press conference, Kwasniok could not hide his admiration and even suggested the perfect headline for his forward: If someone scores a goal like Ragnar Ache, I would love to see the headline everywhere: King of the Skies! he said, emphasising Aches power and timing in the air. The coach used the moment to highlight the intense physical work Ache has put in over recent months. While teammate Joel Schmied joked internally that Ache sometimes can hardly move in training, Kwasniok stressed that this is exactly the kind of effort that produces such moments of genius. He called it a great sign that Ache now runs himself into the ground so much that by the 80th minute he has to ask to be subbed. For Kwasniok, Ache has taken the hard way this season and is now indispensable part of the team.
