MobileMoney LTD is set to host its first-ever Fintech Partner Exchange today, April 2, 2026, bringing together key players in Ghana’s financial services ecosystem to deepen collaboration and confront growing fraud risks.

The high-level event will take place at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra and is expected to convene stakeholders from banking, fintech, law enforcement, and regulatory institutions.

The programme will feature a keynote address by the Chief Executive Officer of MobileMoney LTD, Shaibu Haruna, followed by a panel discussion on the theme “Uniting Against Fraud: Strengthening Ecosystem Collaboration.”

Ahead of the event, Mr Haruna stressed the importance of stronger partnerships in tackling emerging challenges in the sector.

“The Fintech Partner Exchange is an important opportunity for us to engage our partners, reflect on our journey, align on priorities for 2026, and explore new growth opportunities.

“As an ecosystem, our ability to collaborate effectively will determine how well we innovate, scale, and address emerging challenges such as fraud,” he said.

He added that the company remains focused on building partnerships that deliver value across the ecosystem.

The panel will bring together leading voices from across the industry, including representatives from banking, payment services, law enforcement, and agent networks.

Among the speakers are Stephen Tefeh of Stanbic Bank Ghana, Ebenezer Boffour of Hubtel, Chief Superintendent Emmanuel Gyebi of the Ghana Police Service, Joshua Edmondson of the MobileMoney Agents Association of Ghana, and Nanatunde Davis of MobileMoney LTD.

Participants will include banks, payment service providers, regulators, agents, merchants, and corporate partners, with strong representation from senior executives and decision-makers.

The Exchange is expected to strengthen collaboration across the fintech ecosystem while generating practical solutions to combat fraud and support the continued growth of digital financial services in Ghana.
