
Players of the senior national team, the Black Stars, have started arriving ahead of the international friendlies against Germany and Austria.Fourteen players including captain Jordan Ayew touched down in Vienna on Sunday as preparations begin on Monday for the two matches.The other players also in camp are new boys Daniel Agyei, Marvin Senaya and Patric Pfeiffer with Benjamin Asare, Prince Kwabena Adu, Jonas Adjetey, Derrick Kohn, Gideon Mensah, Elisha Owusu, Kwasi Sibo, Jerome Opoku, and Joseph Tetteh Anang all joining on Sunday.The rest of the team are expected in Vienna on Monday as Otto Addo begin the journey to name his final squad for the World Cup in North America.The Black Stars will train later on the day before a series of sessions on and off the pitch.Ghana will engage Austria in Vienna on Friday, March 27, 2026 before a trip to Berlin to face Germany on March 31.The Black Stars will also face Mexico and Wales in May before the World Cup in June and July.Ghana have been drawn in Group L alongside former champions England, Panama and 2018 finalist Croatia.
