Former GFA president, Kwesi Nyantakyi breaks down in tears while explaining to delegates at Ejisu how he got hospitalized just 12 hours before the Ejisu NPP Parliamentary primary.
Mr Nyantakyi lost the Ejisu parliamentary and primary, having clocked 35 votes.
Despite overcoming an initial detention at the hospital on Friday night to make it to the voting centre to monitor proceedings.
Mr Nyantakyi’s number of polled votes puts him in 5th place on the ballot with the incumbent 2nd Deputy Constituency Chairman garnering 393 votes out of the total votes cast.
