The footage, which has sparked widespread emotional distress shows the man believed to be in his early 40s pinned under a massive heap of rubble and debris.
In the video, the victim’s voice—heavy with exhaustion and agony—can be heard repeatedly calling for immediate assistance, stating that he is “dying” and describing the physical suffering as “unbearable.”
