Students of the Senior Command and Staff Course 47 of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College have paid an educational visit to the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) in Accra.

The visit, which took place on Monday, 3rd November 2025, formed part of their training in media relations and public communication.

As part of the exercise, the students participated in simulated studio interview sessions designed to test their understanding of effective media engagement and communication under real-life broadcast conditions.

The initiative sought to enhance their skills in articulating information clearly, confidently, and professionally when representing the Armed Forces in public or media spaces.

The visit followed a series of lessons and seminars earlier conducted by GBC resource persons at the College on “Interview Techniques” and “Handling the Media.” It forms part of a broader collaboration between GBC and the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College aimed at equipping military officers with essential communication skills for leadership and public interface.
