Ghana international, Osman Bukari has for the first time met his teammates at his new club Austin FC.
The talented Black Stars forward sealed a transfer from Red Star Belgrade to the American Major League Soccer outfit in May.
Announcing the deal, Austin FC said Osman Bukari has been signed on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
“Austin FC announced today that the Club has reached an agreement with Red Star Belgrade for the transfer of 25-year-old Ghanaian international winger Osman Bukari. Bukari joins Austin FC as a Designated Player on a three-and-a-half-year guaranteed contract through the end of the 2027 season with an option for 2028. The deal is pending receipt of Bukari’s ITC and P-1 visa,” the Major League Soccer side said in an official statement.
Due to an invitation to play for the Black Stars in matches against Mali and Central African Republic, Osman Bukari could not immediately start his campaign with Austin FC.
After a short holiday period after helping the Black Stars secure two wins, Osman Bukari has finally reported to his new club and met his new teammates.
