
Ghanaian winger Benjamin Bernard Boateng has completed a move to Lebanese Premier League powerhouse Nejmeh SC, becoming the clubs latest high-profile signing ahead of the new campaign.The 24-year-old forward arrives in Beirut with a reputation as a relentless attacker, capable of unsettling defences with his pace, flair, and eye for goal.Boatengs career began in Ghana where he quickly caught the spotlight, scoring 15 goals in just 40 appearances for Elmina Sharks FC in the Ghanaian league.His rise earned him a move to Egypt, where he went on to establish himself as a dangerous wide man in the Premier League.Boateng represented Al-Ittihad Alexandria before also featuring for Smouha SC, combining for 20 goals and six assists during his time in Egypt, including a memorable strike against African giants Al Ahly SC.After a brief stint in the Libyan top flight earlier this year, the Ghanaian winger has now opted for a fresh challenge in Lebanon, signing for Nejmeh, popularly known as the Star Club.The Beirut-based outfit is regarded as one of the most successful and passionate clubs in Lebanese football.Boateng will now look to replicate his scoring exploits and endear himself to the Manara Castle faithful, who have already welcomed him with excitement.With his speed, directness, and hunger for goals, the Ghanaian forward is expected to play a key role in Nejmehs ambitions this season.
