‘Good’ Police chief accused of exhuming 10 dead bodies not into Sakawa – Royal family defends


  The Nyinfahen of the Twidan Royal Family of Gomoa Adam, Nana Yaw Donkor II has dropped revealed that the Chief Superintendent of Police, Robert Kobil who was accused of allegedly exhuming 10 dead bodies is a hardworking person who won best Pineapple farmer in 2017 in the Gomoa West District.

According to him, Chief Superintendent Kobil apart from being a police officer, owns 30 acres of Pineapple and coconut plantation and not into any Sakawa as the Chief of Fawomaye claimed.

Nana Donkor made this known to the media shortly after the residents of Gomoa Adam, the hometown of Chief Superintendent Kobil poured onto the streets to demonstrate against Fawomaye Chief, Nana Okofo Kwakye Abeka Acquah II.

“The sad news of our lovely son, Chief Superintendent Kobil, indicating that he exhumed over 10 dead bodies came as a shock because that said lands is a family land and not cemetery. God forbid that our hardworking son Chief Superintendent Kobil is into Sakawa or Sika duro and he will never be a Sakawa”, Nana Donkoh stated.

He again charged the Chief of Fawomaye, Nana Abeka Acquah to provide concrete evidence that shows Chief Superintendent Kobil exhumed dead bodies.

Nana Donkor threatened to take legal action against Fawomaye Chief for disgracing their son and called on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. James Oppong-Boanuh to question Fawomaye Chief for causing fear and panic in the Gomoa West Traditional Area as well as given forged allegation.
