
The head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Ibrahim Tanko, has bemoaned the teams stalemate against Aduana FC in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday.
The Yellow and Mauves hosted the team from Dormaa on Friday in a Week 22 fixture played at the TNA Sports Stadium.
The match, rained off on Friday, was finished on Saturday morning with both teams securing a point at the end of the contest.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Ibrahim Tanko bemoaned the result, insisting that his side lost two crucial points.
We lost two points, very vital points. We tried our best. At the end of the match we had a penalty but unfortunately we couldnt score. We have to take it like that and come back stronger, Ibrahim Tanko said.
Despite dropping the points, Medeama SC remain top of the Ghana Premier League standings with 44 points, seven more than Aduana FC in second.
