GPL RECAP: Hearts silence Liberty, Kotoko tame stubborn Dwarfs

Two late goals from substitutes Mathew Cudjoe and Richard Arthur handed Kotoko third win in five matches after beating Ebusua Dwarfs 2-0 at the Babayara Sports Stadium.

Hearts of Oak came from a goal down to beat Liberty Proffessionals 2-1 at the Carl Reindolf Park. Kofi Kordzi and Bernard Arthur were on target for Hearts of Oak. Michael Sefa was on target for Liberty.

Inter Allies again dropped points at home after being held to a 1-1 draw by Wafa. An own goal by Richard Acqaah was cancelled by Victorien Adebayor.

At the Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa, Yahaya Mohammed and Noah Martey scored to maintain Aduana Stars fortress at the venue  as they defeated Legon Cities 2-0.

Benjamin Boateng and Ibrahim Sulley scored for Elmina Sharks and Great Olympics respectively in their 1-1 draw at the Ndoum Stadium.

Dreams FC ended Medeama’s unbeaten run at the Theater of Dreams in Dawu. Thanks to Issah Ibrahim’s late strike.

King Faisal pulled out a 1-1 with Karela away from home.
