Meek Mill took to social media amid accusations linking him to the latest lawsuit against Diddy.
Meek asserted that there are suspicions within the hip-hop community regarding artists being labelled as either informants or homosexuals.
However, the identity of the individuals fueling these suspicions remains unclear, as outlined by the Philadelphia native.
“They are fueling this narrative even if it’s baseless!” he expressed. “The aim is to disrupt the unity of the hip hop community… I own the music dropping tomorrow, so play it!”
Meek hinted at the release of a project titled Heathenism at Midnight.
Furthermore, Meek hinted at exposing those responsible for tarnishing the reputation of influential black artists, alleging that “every black blog site” is complicit in portraying him in a negative light.
In a recent sexual harassment and assault lawsuit filed against Diddy by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, two notable names were redacted. One of these individuals is described as “a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj.”
Speculation naturally arose around Meek, given his Philadelphia roots and past relationship with Nicki for two years. However, despite these connections, it cannot be definitively concluded that he is the redacted individual.
DJ Akademiks seized upon this assumption, prompting Meek to respond vehemently: “Akademiks, didn’t I tell you to stop playing with my name… I don’t know what I’ll do when I see you in person! It’s going to be memorable!”
