KENYA – Family and friends from the Kiptilalon village in Nandi county have been left in utter shock as a 31-year-old husband has unalived his wife before ending his own life.
Duncan Kimaru is said to have unalived his wife, 24-year-old Jelagat during a domestic dispute, and she died while being rushed to the Kilibwoni health centre for management.
According to details shared by Kenyan journalist Gwiji, after committing the harrowing act, Duncan ended his life in a dam just metres from home, leaving his kids aged five and two years, with no parents.

Preliminary investigations show that the couple had unspecified domestic issues for a while.
Even more painful, the husband had shared a lovely photo of his family on his Facebook page.
The heartwarming snap captured him, his wife and child, looking happy together as they posed.
Jelagat was in an emerald green dress, while the man was in a shirt and jeans. The contrast between the joy captured in the photo and the tragic outcome has deeply shocked the family, friends, and the wider community.
