Ghanaian business mogul Ibrahim Mahama has acquired a brand-new Bombardier Global 6500 private jet, valued at approximately $70 million, further expanding his impressive collection of luxury assets.

The ultra-long-range aircraft, customized in a sleek grey and white livery featuring his signature “Dzata” branding, was reportedly purchased in 2024, with delivery completed in February 2026. Exclusive videos published by The1957News on March 3, 2026, captured the jet’s arrival and Ibrahim Mahama disembarking at the Accra International Airport amid a ceremonial welcome.

The Bombardier Global 6500 is renowned for its spacious, customizable interior, advanced cabin comfort, and capability for intercontinental travel, making it a top choice among high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.

This acquisition adds to Ibrahim Mahama’s existing aviation portfolio, which includes a previous private jet.

In a notable philanthropic gesture, the CEO of Engineers and Planners has repurposed his former aircraft to serve as an emergency air ambulance for Ghanaians in need of critical medical transport.

Ibrahim Mahama, brother of President John Dramani Mahama and a prominent figure in mining, construction, and other sectors through his conglomerate, continues to make headlines for both his business achievements and generous initiatives.
