The Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Prof Nana Ama Browne Klutse, has assured of her commitment to the EPA’s mandate of protecting and sustaining the environment.
She said this on her X page on Wednesday, January 22 after a meeting with the Outgone Executive Director Mr. John Kingsley Krugu.
The meeting was to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Prof Browne Klutse noted that the former director provided briefings on the current state of affairs at the EPA, with a key highlight being the elevation of the institution from an agency to an authority, granting it a broader mandate.
“Moving forward, I am fully committed to serving the good people of Ghana and upholding the EPA’s mission to protect and sustain our environment. Let the work begin!!” she wrote.
