Jordan Ayew’s individually worked goal against West Ham has been chosen as Amazon Prime’s Premier League goal of the season.

The Ghanaian scored the winner in Crystal Palace’s 2-1 victory over West Ham on 26th December 2019 in the Premier League.

The 28-year-old former Aston Villa striker did the magic at Selhurst park by cutting in from the right and beating three defenders before dinking the ball over Roberto.

After the game, Ayew told Match of the Day: “Yeah, I think it is one of the best I have scored. I want to thank God and the people who support me.”

Jordan has scored nine goals in the just ended Premier League season, making him the highest-scoring Ghanaian in the English Premiership with twenty-five goals, going pass countryman Tony Yeboah, who has twenty-four goals to his name in the EPL.

He has been the Eagles best player by far, his nine goals are the London club’s best with Wilfred Zaha threading behind with four goals.

The ex-Marseille man had to overcome a terrible loan spell at Palace last two seasons, scoring just a goal in 20 appearances but a blissful 2019 AFCON campaign earn him a permanent switch to Selhurst and exonerated the trust with a powerful season.
