Ghanaian media personality and host of the morning show on Onua TV/Fm, Captain Smart, has confirmed that the outgoing NPP government left Ghana with very little fuel reserves.
Captain Smart spoke on his show after the Minister for Energy Designate, John Abdulai Jinapor, revealed that the NPP govenrment had left very little fuel forthe country to use for power generation and that dumsor was around the corner.
The NPP has denied leaving so little fuel stock and warned the NDC that they should keep the lights on without blaming them.
However, Captain Smart has confirmed the NDC’s claim. According to him, most Presidents leave behind 3 months of fuel stock but Mahama alone left six months of fuel reserves in 2016. However, the NPP are paying him back with wickedness by leaving over 5 hours worth of fuel in an attempt to bring back dumsor.
