Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus is set to make a meaningful return to his roots as he visits his former school, Nima Cluster of Schools, on Monday, June 30, 2025. The West Ham United star, through his KudusDream Foundation in partnership with Skechers, will lead a homecoming event aimed at giving back to the community that helped shape his journey to stardom. This initiative highlights Kudus’ ongoing commitment to supporting educational and sporting development within Ghanaian communities.

During the visit, Kudus will donate football kits, books and essential learning materials to current students of Nima Basic 1. The donation aims to inspire and empower the pupils, providing them with the necessary tools to excel academically and athletically. The event underscores Kudus’ passion for nurturing young talent and fostering opportunities for children in his homeland.

The event, scheduled for 1:00 PM, will feature an inspiring “Moment with the Starboy” session. Kudus will share his personal experiences, recounting his academic journey and athletic pursuits with the pupils. School administrators have also prepared performances and presentations to celebrate their most famous alumnus, creating a festive atmosphere of pride and inspiration.

This homecoming is part of a two-day community engagement effort in Nima, following Kudus’ participation in the Bazaki Football Tournament the previous day. The initiative aims to leave a lasting impact on the youth and the wider community, emphasizing Kudus’ dedication to youth development and sports promotion in Ghana.

The community event will culminate in a special Monday Stars football match, bringing the community together in celebration of talent, hard work, and giving back. Kudus, who has always expressed his desire to see young players realize their dreams, continues to serve as an inspiring role model for Ghanaian youth.
