The Communications Director of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has revealed that he now understands those who complain about Ghana’s healthcare system.
According to him, Ghana’s healthcare is rife with inadequacies and deficiencies and he’s now going to push for it to be solved.
Ahiagbah said he came to this conclusion after spending some time in hospital getting healed following his involvement in an accident.
According to him, his experiences have opened his eyes and he now realizes the need for reform in the system.
Nevertheless, he thanked the doctors and staff at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital who helped nurse him back to health despite the challenges of the system.

I am out of the hospital today with a few more knots to untie, but I am back on my feet again.
Thank God almighty, and thank you all for your prayers and support.
