Popular gospel musician Nana Osei, widely known as Nacee, performed at the final rally of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) ahead of the December 7 elections.
The rally which took place at the Zurak Park in Madina on Thursday, December 5 featured Nacee performing some of his hit songs to the delight of the crowd.
Tagged as one of the musicians with the Midas Touch for political campaign songs, Nacee has written and produced songs for the NDC on a number of occasions.
He is well known for composing songs such as ‘E Dey Be’, ‘Onaapo’, ‘Mahama Okada’ and the NDC victory song. Ahead of the 2024 December 7 polls, the iconic gospel musician has composed songs such as ’24hr Economy and ‘Kwen Kwen’ for the opposition NDC.
The peak of his magnificent performance was when he performed ‘Kwen Kwen’. Even after the performance ended, the crowd continued singing the song’s chorus for several minutes.
Nacee is not the only creative arts person who has declared support for the National Democratic Congress ahead of the December 7, 2024 election.
Big Akwes, Christiana Awuni, Mercy Asiedu, Jack Alolome, and Kofi Okyere Darko are among some of the people in the entertainment fraternity who have publicly endorsed the NDC.
