The fresh graduate of University of Calabar, late Mary Owan who lost her life in a car accident few days to her wedding has been buried. Earlier on, Legit.ng reported the news of how a recent graduate of History and International Studies from Unical, Mary Owan died in a car accident, a few days to her wedding. Owan who had already picked out a beautiful dress for her big day, sadly did not get to use it for the purpose of her wedding ceremony.

Mary Owan died a few days to her wedding which was to hold on February 2 Source: UGC Owan who was a niece to University of Calabar Vice Chancellor, Prof. Zana Akpagu, was said to be on her way to her hometown for the traditional wedding rites when the tragic incident occurred. Reports show that the accident occurred in Edor, Ikom local government area of Cross River State.
Mary Owan was engaged to her long time partner, Emma Aid Mary Owan was engaged to her partner, Emma and their wedding was slated to hold on, February 2. So sad!
In a similar story, a young lady on Friday, December 14, took to her Instagram handle to announce the death of her dear friend, Benson Ikani. According to Joseph Tina Ejuchegahi, the sad young lady disclosed that Ikani was involved in a fatal accident which took place in Kogi state. The deceased recently graduated from Kogi State University, he studied Fisheries and Aquaculture.
