Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu, the Abusuapanin of the late Daddy Lumba has stated that the December 13 date for the final funeral rites for Daddy Lumba remains unchanged.
The Abusuapanin made the statement via a private phone call with media personality, Tony Best of Akoma FM.
The Abusuapanin disclosed during the private phone conversation that it had come to his notice that Papa Shee, Ernestina Fosuh among others have been trumpeting that the funeral wouldn’t come off on the announced date.
He went on to state emphatically that, December 13 has been fixed for the final funeral rites of the late musician and nothing can be done to change it.
According to Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu, no one has the power to change the date of the late musician’s funeral.
“This morning, we tried to get the Abusuapanin to clear doubts on certain things for us. As we speak, it is rumored that the December 13 that was slated for the funeral of the late musician is untrue. Papa Shee has said that it is March 13”, Tony Best said.
He added that, “We spoke to the Abusuapanin this morning and he cleared certain things for us”.
Tony Best however added that, during their conversation, Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu got angry and hanged up on him, for reasons best known to him.
