Norwegian club Sogndal IL have completed the signing of Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Mensah in the ongoing transfer window.
The 19-year-old Ghanaian winger has signed a three-and-half-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2027.
Mensah joins Sogndal IL from Ghana Division One League outfit, Koforidua Semper Fi and is expected to play a huge role for the club. The highly-rated winger was one of the brightest spot for Semper Fi last season.
The talented winger impressed on a two-week trial and has been signed on a permanent deal to continue his career in the European country. He will wear the jersey number 11 at the club.
Mensah will be hoping to excel for the Norwegian club as he aim to reach greater heights of his career.
He is expected to follow in the footsteps of former Local Black Stars (Black Galaxies) captain, Isaac Twum and Edmund Baidoo, who previously featured for the club.
His move to Norway marks a significant step of the talented Ghanaian left-winger’s career.
Mensah, born in 2005, was part of the Ghana U20 team that won gold at the African Games held in Accra back in March.
