Ghana FA Cup champions Nsoatreman FC have bolstered their squad with the signing of Black Starlets captain Benjamin Tsivanyo ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
Tsivanyo, renowned for his impressive performances with the Black Starlets during last year’s UEFA Invitational Tournament in Serbia, joins Nsoatreman FC from Great Olympics. This will be his second Premier League stint, following his tenure at the Accra-based club.
The 15-year-old attacking midfielder’s transfer was announced via the club’s social media channels.
“We announce the signing of a generational talent and the skipper of Ghana national U17 captain, Benjamin Tsivanyo,” the club said.
“His inclusion will bring so much depth and quality to our squad, and also, we look to assist in his career development. Welcome to Amanaso,Ben!”
During the latter part of the recent Ghana Premier League season, Tsivanyo made three appearances for Great Olympics. Prior to this, he gained recognition at WAFA and first drew attention in the KGL U-17 Championship in 2022.
Tsivanyo’s standout moment came during the UEFA Invitational Tournament, where he scored a remarkable 17-minute hat-trick against Serbia.
Most recently, he captained the Black Starlets at the WAFU Zone B U17 Championship held at Legon Sports Stadium, leading the team to a fourth-place finish.
