The Accra High Court has found evangelist Patricia Asieduaa, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, guilty in the case concerning the distribution of explicit images of fellow pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum, also known as Osofo Biblical.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the presiding judge fined Agradaa GH₵12,000 and ordered her to pay GH₵50,000 in compensation to Appiah Biblical.

Following the ruling, Agradaa’s lawyer urged the public to learn from the case and act with integrity, stating “Let this serve as a lesson to the public to exercise caution and integrity in their dealings.”

The matter dates back to 2021, when Agradaa and two others were accused of violating the Cybersecurity Act by allegedly circulating nude images of Appiah Biblical on Thunder TV (now Today TV). The dispute reportedly stemmed from a GH₵10,000 debt Agradaa claimed was owed to her.

After Appiah Biblical lodged a complaint with the police, Agradaa was arrested and charged with possession of indecent material. She was granted GH₵200,000 bail with two sureties on July 18, 2024. Reports indicate that she made derogatory remarks about the images during the investigation.

On July 7, 2025, the court ordered Agradaa to be brought from Nsawam Prison for the final ruling. She later engaged in a plea bargain arrangement with the Attorney-General, Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, before the court delivered its verdict.
