Lawyer Kusi, the official lawyer for Daddy Lumba’s wife, Akosua Serwaa has spoken following the court’s verdict.
Speaking with Kwame Tanko on Lawson FM, Lawyer Kusi expressed disappointment in Judge Dorinda over her judgement that both Akosua Serwaa and Odo Bronii should act as the legal wives of the late musician.
Lawyer Kusi has insisted that even though the judge recognized Odo Bronii as a wife, the latter is not, and can never be a wife.
“She cannot be a wife. Not even after the judgment. I don’t believe in the judgment. It is very wrong”, he said.
Lawyer Kusi noted that since he and his client are not okay with the verdict, plans are far advanced towards an appeal, to ensure that the right thing is being done.
“I disagree with the judge. Of course, by all means, we will appeal”, he added.
