The Chairman of the Operation Recover all Loots known as (ORAL), Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has stated its progress in its investigations into the looting of state properties under the previous administration.
Speaking to journalists in the Eastern Region, Ablakwa disclosed that the team has put together compelling evidence of the looting of state properties.
“When we present our report, the Ghanaian people will see the tremendous work that has gone on—the extent of the loot and how all of us have worked successfully to ensure the evidence is coordinated for action by our attorney general and other institutions.”
The North Tongu MP, Ablakwa, disclosed that the team has compiled compelling evidence of the looting and will soon be submitted to President John Mahama for decisive action.
The ORAL initiative aims to tackle allegations of corruption, procurement violations, and the looting of state assets under the previous government.
The initiative represents a critical step in President Mahama’s broader agenda to strengthen governance, uphold accountability, and restore public trust in state institutions.
