Jamaican dancehall artiste Popcaan is currently in Ghana and has taken time to connect with the country’s rich historical and cultural heritage.
During his visit, the award-winning musician toured the Cape Coast Castle, one of Ghana’s most significant historical landmarks and a symbol of the transatlantic slave trade.
Sharing moments from the visit on his Instagram page, Popcaan described the experience as deeply meaningful and reflective.
“Went to pay respect to my ancestors today in Cape Coast. Remember, we are GREAT because we stand on the shoulders of Giants. Black power!” he wrote.
