Edmund Baidoo, the 18-year-old Ghanaian attacking midfielder from Sogndal, is catching the attention of Premier League clubs, according to Sky Sports.

Baidoo, who made the move from Ghana’s AsanSka FC to Sogndal earlier this year, has swiftly adapted to his new surroundings and has become a pivotal figure in the team. His impressive form in the Norwegian second division has seen him score six goals and provide three assists in just 14 games.

Nottingham Forest and Brighton are reportedly among the Premier League teams keeping a close eye on Baidoo’s performances in Norway. Despite the growing interest, it is understood that the young winger is not hastening to leave Sogndal. However, he remains open to the possibility of a summer transfer.

Baidoo’s current contract with Sogndal is set to expire on December 31, 2027. As per Transfermarkt, his market value stands at 1.2 million euros, a figure that could rise significantly given his growing reputation and potential.
