The Royals continued their downturn over the weekend as they suffered yet another defeat at Nations FC (W1, L4). Cities remain at the bottom with 11 points, having scored 10 and conceded the most goals in the league currently (23). They are the fifth weakest home side in the league (W3, D1, L3) prior to the clash.

The Fire Club on the other hand have picked just a single win, 3 draws and 1 defeat in the last five outings. They are currently occupying the 12th position in the table with 14 points, having scored 10 and conceded 13 in the process. They are winless in all their away league matches this season (D5, L2).

The Kpando lads are the second best home side in the league currently and are among the four Clubs yet to taste a defeat at home. They will hope to maintain their impressive form on Thursday in front of their home fans.

Young Apostles have won 1, drawn 2 and suffered 2 defeats in the last five league games. They are currently occupying the 14th position in the table with 14 points, having scored 8 and are the third Club with the most number of goals conceded (16).

Both sides are meeting in the league for the time since Young Apostles gained promotion into the Premiership this season.
